1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Roamr website and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Roamr ("Roamr", "we", "us", or "our"), with a registered address at 123 Travel Street, London, UK. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers.

2. Scope of the Service

Roamr provides digital eSIM products that enable mobile data connectivity in supported destinations. The Service includes:

  • access to and purchase of eSIM data plans;
  • delivery of digital eSIM installation details;
  • user accounts with order history and service management tools;
  • customer support related to installation, activation, and usage.

Roamr does not own or operate mobile networks. Connectivity is provided through partner network operators depending on destination and coverage availability.

3. Eligibility and user accounts

To use certain features of the Service and purchase eSIM products, you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;
  • create an account using accurate and complete information;
  • keep your account credentials confidential;
  • accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to notify Roamr promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

4. Orders, pricing, and payments

When placing an order through the Service:

  • prices are displayed in USD, unless otherwise specified;
  • applicable taxes or fees may be included or added at checkout;
  • payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers;
  • eSIMs are generally delivered immediately after successful payment.

Before completing a purchase, you are responsible for reviewing plan details, usage limitations, validity periods, and device compatibility.

5. eSIM delivery and activation

After purchase, Roamr provides digital access to:

  • a QR code for eSIM installation;
  • manual activation details where applicable;
  • step-by-step installation instructions.

An eSIM is linked to a single device once installed or activated. It cannot be transferred, reused, or resold. Data plans are subject to the conditions specified at the time of purchase, including geographic coverage, validity period, and data limits. Unused data does not carry over after expiration.

6. Device compatibility

eSIM functionality requires a compatible, unlocked device. You are responsible for confirming that your device:

  • supports eSIM technology;
  • is not restricted by carrier locks or software limitations;
  • is compatible with the selected destination and plan requirements.

Roamr is not responsible for issues arising from incompatible or unsupported devices.

7. Network availability and service limitations

Mobile data services depend on third-party network operators and local infrastructure. As a result:

  • coverage and performance may vary by location;
  • network availability is not guaranteed at all times;
  • temporary outages, latency, or reduced speeds may occur.

Roamr does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or network performance characteristics.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner. You must not:

  • use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • interfere with network operations or system security;
  • distribute malware or harmful software;
  • resell or commercially exploit eSIM products without authorization.

Roamr reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property rights

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials made available through the Service are owned by or licensed to Roamr and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Suspension and termination

Roamr may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

  • these Terms are breached;
  • fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected;
  • required by law or regulatory authorities.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roamr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to:

  • use of or inability to use the Service;
  • network coverage or performance issues;
  • device incompatibility;
  • unauthorized account access;
  • actions or omissions of third-party providers.

Roamr's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected eSIM product.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamr disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Refunds

Refunds are governed by Roamr's Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing an eSIM, you acknowledge that refunds are subject to specific conditions due to the digital and consumable nature of the product.

14. Changes to these Terms

Roamr may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roamr is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
